Ingredients :
- Rice flour - 1.5 cups
- Water - 1 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp
Method :
- Take water in a pan, add salt and oil bring to boil.
- Take rice flour in a bowl, sprinkle little boiling water and make as a soft dough. The dough should be slight sticky.
- Take idiyappam maker. Fill with the dough.
- Grease idli plates with oil.
- Gently squeeze from the top and make as swirl.
- Steam for 15 mins.
- Remove with the help of the spoon.
- Serve hot with gravies.
