Ingredients : ( 1 cup = 240 ml )
- All purpose flour / Maida - 1 cup
- Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
- Hot oil - 5 tbsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Oil - for deep frying
Method :
- Make maida in a bowl. Add powdered sugar.
- Pour hot oil. Knead to a soft dough by adding little water.
- Roll like a chapati, it should be slight thick. Cut into small cubes.
- Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown in colour.
- Drain from oil and store.
Note :
* It has shelf life for 10 days in room temperature.
