Ingredients :
- Bread slices - 4, large
- Potatoes - 2 large, boiled and mashed
- Sweetcorn - 1/4 cup, boiled
- Capsicum - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
- Onion - 1, large, finely chopped
- Green chillies - 2, finely chopped
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- Chaat masala - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Lemon extract - 1 tsp
- Cornflour - 1/2 cup
- Oil - for frying
Method :
- Take a bowl, roughly chop bread slices.
- Add mashed potatoes, boiled sweetcorn, capsicum, onion, green chillies.
- Add chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala and salt
- Squeeze out lemon extract and add cornflour.
- Mix well and knead to a soft dough.
- Divide into small portions and give desire shapes.
- Shallow fry in hot oil.
- Flip and cook on both sides till it turns slight golden brown in colour.
- Strain from oil and serve hot.
