Ingredients : ( 1 cup = 240 ml )
|
Bread slices - 10
|
Onion - 3 medium
|
Tomato - 3 medium
|
Chicken boneless - 1 cup
|
Green chillies - 3
|
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
|
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
|
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
|
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
|
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
|
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
|
Salt - to taste
|
Oil - 2 tbsp
|
Coriander leaves - few
|

Method :
|
1. Finely chop onion, tomatoes and chicken in cubes.
|
2. In a pan add oil, saute onion til soft. Then add ginger garlic
paste, tomatoes and green chillies cook for 2 minutes.
|
3. Add chicken pieces mix well and cook for 5 mins.
|
4. Then add all spices(red chilli pwd, coriander pwd, pepper
pwd, turmeric pwd, garam masala and salt) mix well.
|
5. Cook until the chicken is done and oil separates.
|
6.Toast the bread slices without oil and chop them in bite size
pieces.
|
7. Then add the bread pieces to the masala and coat well. Cook
for 2 mins on high flame.
|
8. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve with raita.

Toast the bread slices without oil till it turns slight brown |
 |
Chop into bite size pieces |
 |
Take chopped bread pieces |
 |
Add cooked chicken masala |
 |
Coat well with masala and cook for 2 mins on high flame |
 |
Serve hot with raita |
