Ingredients :
- Boneless fish - 750 grams
- Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1.5 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 3/4 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1.5 tsp
- Cornflour starch - 2 tbsp
- Water - as needed
- Oil - for deep frying
Method :
- Wash and clean the boneless fish pieces.
- Cut into bite size pieces.
- Take kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, pepper powder, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, cornflour.
- Mix all together and form as a thick paste. Sprinkle water if needed.
- Add fish pieces. Coat well with masala.
- Keep aside for 1 hour.
- Deep fry in hot oil on medium till its cooked and turns crispy.
- Serve hot.
