Fish 65






Preparation time : 5 mins
Marinating time : 1 hour 
Cooking time : 15-20 mins
Serves : 4 persons


Ingredients : 
  • Boneless fish - 750 grams
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1.5 tbsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 3/4 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1.5 tsp
  • Cornflour starch - 2 tbsp
  • Water - as needed
  • Oil - for deep frying

Method :
  1. Wash and clean the boneless fish pieces. 
  2. Cut into bite size pieces.
  3. Take kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, pepper powder, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, cornflour.
  4. Mix all together and form as a thick paste. Sprinkle water if needed.
  5. Add fish pieces. Coat well with masala.
  6. Keep aside for 1 hour.
  7. Deep fry in hot oil on medium till its cooked and turns crispy.
  8. Serve hot.

Cut into bite size pieces 

Take kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala,
pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt and ginger garlic paste

Add lemon juice 

Add cornflour starch 

Mix well and form as a thick paste. Sprinkle water if needed 

Add fish pieces 

Coat well with masala. Keep aside for 1 hour  

Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame 

Till its cooked and it turns crispy 

Serve hot
