Preparation time : 5 minutes
Makes : 1 cup
Ingredients : ( 1 cup = 240 ml )
- Coriander leaves - 1.5 cups
- Mint leaves - 1 cup
- Green chillies - 4
- Ginger - 1 inch piece
- Bread pieces - 1 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon extract - 1/4 tsp
- Water - as needed
Method :
- Take a blender, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies and ginger.
- Grind to a smooth paste by adding little water.
- Add bread pieces, salt and sugar.
- Grind to a smooth paste. Squeeze out few drops of lemon. Mix well.
- Serve with sandwich or any kind of starters.
