Mint chutney / Green chutney - For sandwich & starters





Preparation time : 5 minutes
Makes : 1 cup 


Ingredients : ( 1 cup = 240 ml )
  • Coriander leaves - 1.5 cups
  • Mint leaves - 1 cup
  • Green chillies - 4
  • Ginger - 1 inch piece 
  • Bread pieces - 1 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon extract - 1/4 tsp
  • Water - as needed

Method : 
  1. Take a blender, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies and ginger.
  2. Grind to a smooth paste by adding little water.
  3. Add bread pieces, salt and sugar.
  4. Grind to a smooth paste. Squeeze out few drops of lemon. Mix well.
  5. Serve with sandwich or any kind of starters.
