Ingredients : ( 1 cup = 240 ml )
- Mint leaves - 1 cup
- Coriander leaves - 1.5 cups
- Green chilli - 2
- Ginger - a half inch piece
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Water - if needed
Method :
- Take all the ingredients in a mixer jar.
- Grind it to a fine paste, add water if needed.
- Store in a airtight container.
- Serve with all variety of chaats.
Note :
- You can refrigerate it for 3-4 days.
