Ingredients :
For masala :
- Oil - 4 tsp
- Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Onion - 2 (chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Tomato - 1 (chopped)
- Mushroom - 250 gms (cut into 4 pieces)
- Chilli pwd - 1 tsp
- Coriander pwd - 1 tsp
- Pepper pwd - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric pwd - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Coriander leaves - few
For dosa :
For masala :
- Heat oil in a pan add fennel seeds.
- Saute onions till slight brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste fry for a min.
- Add tomatoes and cook till mushy.
- Now add mushroom, chilli pwd, coriander pwd, pepper pwd, garam masala, turmeric pwd and salt.
- Mix well. Cover and cook for 10 mins.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves and keep aside.
For dosa :
- Heat a tawa. Pour one full ladle of batter.
- Gently spread in circular motion. Dizzle some oil / ghee.
- Cook till crispy. Gently place some mushroom masala in the centre of the dosa.
- Fold and serve hot.
