Preparation time : 5 minutes

Serves : 3-4 persons
Ingredients : ( 1 cup = 240 ml )
- Oil - 1/4 cup
- Chicken wings - 400 grams
- Salt - to taste
- Garlic - 4 pods
- Green chillies - 3
- Orange juice - 1 cup ( freshly extracted )
- Cornflour - 1.5 tbsp
- Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves - for garnishing
Method :
- In a food processor, add garlic and green chillies, grind to a coarse ( like very finely chopped )
- Take orange juice in a bowl, add cornflour mix well without and lumps and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a wide pan, add chicken wings.
- Sprinkle some salt. Fry on low flame till the chicken is cooked and turns golden brown in colour.
- Drain the chicken from oil and keep aside.
- In the remaining oil, add chopped garlic and green chillies.
- Fry for few seconds.
- Add kashmiri red chilli powder and salt.
- Mix well and cook for few seconds.
- Now pour the orange juice and cornflour mixture.
- Mix well and cook for a minute. Now the sauce gets thickens.
- Now add fried chicken toss well and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot.

Toss well and cook for 2 minutes |

Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot. |
