Onion samosa

Ingredients :

Samosa sheets - 8
Onion - 2 
Chilli pwd - 1 tsp
Coriander pwd - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
All purpose flour / Maida - 1 tbsp
Oil - for deep frying

Method :

1. Thinly slices the onion. Mix maida in 2 tbsp of water and make a smooth paste.
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add onions.
3. Saute till soft. Add all the spice powders.
4. Mix well and cook till the oil separates.
5. Take a samosa sheets. Make one corner as a cone shape.
6. Fill with the onion stuff. Continue folding.
7. Apply the paste on the corner. Fold and stick the sheet gently.
8. Heat oil on medium flame.
9. Gently drop the samosas in the oil. Fry till it turns golden brown and crispy.
10. Serve hot.

Heat oil add sliced onion

Saute till it turns soft

Add chilli pwd, coriander pwd, garam masala and salt

Cook till the oil separates

Take the samosa sheet

Make one corner as a cone shape

Fill with onion stuff

Continue folding

Apply the maida paste on the corner

Stick the corner gently

Continue with the others

Gently drop in hot oil

Fry till it turns golden brown and crispy. Serve hot.
