Wash and clean the chicken pieces. Make deep slits.
Take a bowl, add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, pepper powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt and ginger garlic paste. Mix well.
Mix well by adding little water.
Add chicken pieces and cornflour.
Coat well and keep aside for 2 hours.
Drop in hot oil.
Fry on medium flame till it turns crispy and nice golden brown in colour.
Rest on paper towel to remove excess oil.
Serve hot with lemon wedges and sliced onion.
